It is time to enjoy the breathtaking beauty of the landscape from the 15 Scenic Viewpoints distributed along the coast.
On the 1st day, you have the option to visit the two Scenic Viewpoints located in Cabo de San Antonio. You can explore the remaining ones from Av. de Ultramar and along the motorway, Ctra. del Cabo de la Nao, however, you must use a vehicle.
The time that it takes depends on whether or not you stop in all the Scenic Viewpoints and the time that you spend in each one.
If you are in the mood to penetrate deeper into nature, when you reach the Viewpoint called Mirador de la Creu del Portitxol, you have the option to explore one of the two small Hiking Routes which start from this viewpoint: Cap Prim and Cala Barraca. There you will see a panel with the indications. Both routes have a duration of approx. one hour and low difficulty level. Likewise, if you follow these two routes, you will discover two precious Coves, Cala Sardinera and Cala Barraca.
You also have the same option from Cala Granadella, where the route departs to the Castell de la Granadella-variante Teulería with a two hour duration.
If you prefer to do away with the car, you also have the option to explore the scenic viewpoint route: ruta de los miradores by bicycle.
After an exciting day exploring mother nature, this logically whets our appetite. Eating options in this zone include Restaurants with delicious local cuisine in both Cala Barraca and Granadella.
Although the widest variety of restaurants is located at the beach, Playa del Arenal, an excellent leisure area. There you may sample a wide range of restaurants with exquisite local and international cuisine. To finish the day, relax and enjoy a cocktail at one of the terraces and pubs that you will find throughout the promenade.
