In her paintings, Rocío Guerrero wishes to transmit the magical bond that is established between the artist and the person in the portrait. In her canvasses, she wants to feature a woman who is cleaning, a man in a living room, a nude woman sitting and another person selling goods in her street stall, etc. And for all these characters to make us think. What is happening? What are they asking us? What do they want to tell us? When and where are they trapped? And so that their gaze will endure in our eyes.
