DOCUMENTARY THEATER CYCLE: Theater: "Homenaje a una desconocida".
28/11/2025
Starting time: 20:00 - Ending time: Not specified
Zone: Culture Centre
In December 2015, when browsing in an antiques street market, we discovered a place in which the owners were emptying houses free of charge in order to sell the items that they collected later. Among all the stacks of things, we discovered the correspondence of Carmen Muñoz with her husband at the end of the 50’s decade. And hence, for 20 euros, we bought part of a person’s life: her letters and several photos. This project is based on the desire not to forget, to foster awareness of the importance of every person’s life and the experiences and memories that comprise it and which comprise us; even though these memories ended up being sold for a few euros in a street market. FINALIST IN THE 2021 MAX THEATER AWARDS FOR THE BEST REVELATION AUTHOR AND THE BEST REVELATION SHOW.

"Cuando duermen las tortugas" by Susana Galbis
24/10/2025 al 30/11/2025
Starting time: Not specified - Ending time: Not specified
Zone: Ca Lambert
7TH “OJOS ROJOS” PHOTOGRAPHY FESTIVAL. "Cuando duermen las tortugas (When turtles sleep) is a visual journey through a landscape with an apparent pause, where nature —far from being stopped— breathes, grows and is transformed in silence. While the turtles hibernate, motionless below the cold soil, the forest never ceases: it pulsates. The forest, like a living scenario, continues its cycle beyond human pauses, completely oblivious of questions and the control of time. Even in the shelter of sleep, life follows its quiet and steady course, reminding us that stillness also forms a part of movement.

Starting time: Not specified - Ending time: Not specified
Zone: Ca Lambert
7TH “OJOS ROJOS” PHOTOGRAPHY FESTIVAL. On 3rd of March 2008, an alien spaceship with huge proportions landed on a plot in a city in northern Spain. This spaceship transported thousands of extraterrestrial invaders which, thanks to their ability to adopt any form; they are now living hidden among us. They will progressively occupy key positions in order to control our society. Since it was impossible to conceal a spaceship of such giant size, they created a conspiracy to try and convince us that the spaceship was actually a Congressional Palace. If we explore the Spanish geography, we will find numerous examples of spaceships camouflaged as different types of buildings, which gives us an idea of the magnitude of the invasion.

"Memorias sonámbulas" by Luís Asín
25/10/2025 al 30/11/2025
Starting time: Not specified - Ending time: Not specified
Zone: Casa del Cable
7TH “OJOS ROJOS” PHOTOGRAPHY FESTIVAL. This exhibition merges two opposing photographic concepts in a bipolar way by the same artist. On the one hand, the rigor of architectural photography with its planning, patience and technical coldness, and on the other hand, the representation of space with a gaze marked by intimacy. Here, the light and its half shadow are exposed and they allow us to discover a spiral of emotions aimed at making us fall into a daydream, where everything almost becomes unreal and unrepeatable. It is an attempt to wander in the split being of a sleepwalker who walks without seeing through other scenarios that her other senses recognize.

They founded their photography study, “Estudio Giró”, in this city which became one of the main references for advertising photography in the country.
