It consists in three trials, starting at 08:30 at the beach: Playa del Arenal, with a route of 3,000 meters which finishes at the beach: playa de la Grava.

After the first trial, the second trial start at 10:00 shall take place from Primer Montañar a route of 1,500 meters designed for the youngest and elderly athletes aged 70.

Finally, there will be a trial of 500 meters at the beach: Playa de la Grava, for young athletes aged 10 to 16.

The registration period has been established until Wednesday, 23 June.

The participants shall obtain a commemorative gift and food items. Likewise, there will be awards for the first three classified finalists of each test by category and gender, and for the first local classified finalist.
