During the 13th and 14th Centuries, a long war of conquest besieged the lands of Xàbia. CALA TANGÓ + RESERVA MARINA (CALA TANGO + MARINE RESERVE): Hiking route in the Cap de Sant Antoni area. The Cap de Sant Antoni Marine Reserve was founded to protect a zone with major scenic and environmental value. In the East end of the Reserve next to the North Jetty of the Xàbia Port, we will explore Cala Tangó or Cala del Pope, an emblematic place for the town's inhabitants for generations. MOLINERÍA + PARQUE NATURAL DEL MONTGÓ (WINDMILLS + MONTGÓ NATURAL PARK): Hiking route in the Montgó Natural Park. A forgotten century-old carabineer barracks as a gateway to a world of smugglers; a group of 17th century windmills as memory of a valley full of grain; a convent built by the king's grandson and destroyed by pirates.
