'Meciendo mí locura' (Rocking My Madness) is a documentary theatre workshop taught by Desirée Belmonte, linked to her show 'La Caja. Donde la Realidad Pierde sus Límites' (The Box. Where Reality Loses Its Limits), a documentary play based on Desirée's experience when someone very close to her was diagnosed with a mental illness. That experience awakened in Desirée the need to explore the universe of the mind and the obstacles faced by people who perceive reality far from the parameters accepted by our society.

Through the workshop 'Meciendo mí locura' (Rocking My Madness), she invites us to break down prejudices, celebrate diversity and build bridges between people with mental health diagnoses, their families, artists, health professionals and anyone interested in better understanding this human universe.’
