During these workdays, different health care professional shall explain in a simple and dynamic way, how we can improve our health in a comprehensive way; because good health is much more than curing your injuries, a good diet and playing sports.

In the mornings, the educational centers are invited to participate in the workdays, however in the evenings from 17:00 to 19:00, they welcome the general public.

These workdays consist of two types of differentiated activities:

- In the evening of 22nd of October, you may visit the stands prepared by different health care experts to gather resources and advice to improve your health: roady education, prevention of addictions, mental health, healthy diets, etc.

- In the evenings of 23rd and 24rd of October shall be devoted to discussions and workshops about undesired loneliness, the sexuality of senior citizens, etc.
