A designer and painter, he studied industrial design at Elisava (Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona). Postgraduate degree in Image Design and Architecture; Postgraduate degree in Environmental Design and Architecture at the Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPV). He has organized different exhibitions combining painting and sculpture in galleries and cultural centers.

Vicent Noguera, mayor of Benitassona (from the Social Democratic Party), Arturo Febrer, mayor of La Xènia (from the Conservative Party) and Emili Peris, mayor of La Vall dels Cantals (from the Encara Més Compromeses coalition) share a problem. The three towns have been affected by a terrible, inexplicable event of historic dimensions that endangers their survival; hence the three mayors have no choice but to attempt to reach an agreement.
